A 24-year Cherokee County resident, Tom left a corporate career after 9/11 to follow his passion for real estate. He founded Townsend Realty Group in 2002 with a simple idea: combine an appraiser's pricing accuracy with genuine care for the families he serves.

Since then, the team has served over 1,500 families across North Metro Atlanta. Tom is a Certified General Appraiser — Georgia's highest appraisal credential — and a designated Keller Williams Luxury agent, bringing elite training, global exposure, and premium marketing tools to every listing.

Tom describes his approach simply: "I'm very empathetic. I listen and understand their needs. Then I build a plan to get them there."
