What does the 6-month guarantee cover?
If you purchase a home through Townsend Realty Group and are not satisfied within 6 months of closing, we will relist and sell your home at no additional commission cost to you. Standard terms and conditions apply.
Is there a catch?
No catch. We stand behind our work. If we helped you buy a home and it's not the right fit, we'll make it right. This guarantee reflects our confidence in our process and our commitment to your satisfaction.
Does the guarantee apply to sellers too?
The 6-month guarantee is primarily for buyers. For sellers, we offer month-to-month flexibility, appraisal-backed pricing with strategy adjustments, and a weekly communication guarantee.
What about the weekly communication guarantee?
Every active client receives at minimum one update per week from their dedicated team member. If we miss a week, call us on it — we take this commitment seriously.
What does month-to-month mean?
We don't lock you into long-term listing agreements that restrict your options. You work with us month-to-month. We earn your business every step of the way.
